In this role you will provide a high quality specialist, community based Mental Health Service to clients with serious mental health problems experiencing age related mental deterioration in the South West region. You practice will be in keeping with national and state best practice requirements. You will have no direct reports or financial delegations and will be reporting to the Team Leader.
