You will provide leadership in clinical decision-making to coordinate care to our clients. You will work collaboratively with the team to create a positive practice environment that achieves best practice clinical and health outcomes for recipients of our health services. You will be a critical thinker who can solve problems as they arise and be confident building rapport with a wide variety of stakeholders.
